HOTEL VENICE, Kuala Lumpur – Your ideal downtown stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as it had a nice clean atmosphere and the staff were incredibly pleasant. However, the room I had was a bit cramped and not quite what I expected based on the pictures. The location was quite pleasant, as it was tucked away in a quiet area while still being close to the city center. Overall, I found the place to be a decent value for the price, despite the small room size.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was a major issue for me, as I found a used handkerchief in the drawer and noticed a musty smell. The staff could really use some improvement in their attitude; one of the team members was arrogant, which added to the disappointment.
